TERMISTAT-INL controller
TERMISTAT-INL controller is an electronic device used to control temperature in the building be means of a servomotor control that opens and closes air inlets (chimney dampers, ridges). The level of inlets opening is proportional to difference of the current and preset temperature. The controller also has the function of periodical ventilation that is based on periodical inlets opening in order to exchange air.
The controller enables to control several servomotors of chimney dampers by connecting the INLET-010 module (up to 4). In order to control side curtains additional INLET-010 modules should be used (max 4, in INA mode) to generate differential pressure that improves ventilation efficiency.
The temperature inside the building is measured by means of digital sensors TEMP-201. It is possible to connect up to 4 sensors (one cable). For the process of control the average temperature from sensors is taken. The last one can be used to measure external temperature in order to correct the upper alarm threshold (AL.H).
This device contains a manual switch of a servomotor. It is located outside, on the side of a housing. It provides the manual control of servomotor’s operation (the switch enables manual and automatic operation or switching off the servomotor’s power supply).
The controller has got one relay alarm output and it indicates alarms e.g. when the set temperature thresholds are exceeded (temperature is too low or too high), in case of power supply failure, temperature measurement line damage etc.

Characteristics:
- temperature measurement is made by digital sensors, the possibility of connection of up to 4 sensors TEMP-201, one sensor is included in the set,
- the present level of window opening is expressed as a percentage (0%-closing, 100% complete opening) and it can be determined in two ways:
-the position is read by means of a servomotor potentiometer,
-the position is established on the basis of time of movement from a limit switch location of windows closure (0%) to a limit switch location of full opening of windows (100%) and in the opposite direction because time of movement form 0% to 100% (window opening) can be different than time of movement from 100% to 0% (window closing),
- a relay alarm output (NO, NC and COM contacts), 24V, 200mA,
- control of inlets (by means of external INLET-010 modules).
Functions:
- change of the stage of section operation and thermal alarms by means of one parameter: preset temperature,
- saving the position of a servomotor potentiometer for windows closure or complete opening of windows (control calibration),
- the possibility of setting the hysteresis (as a percentage),
- periodical ventilation with the possibility of setting the level of ventilation, bandwidth of ventilation (shortening the time of ventilation together with lowering below preset temperature in a building),
- automatic procedure of measurement of movement time with cooperation with limit switches of windows position. This procedure is initiated manually by the user,
- alarm function i.a. when temperature thresholds are exceeded (temperature is too low or too high), when the process of control has been stopped, in case of power supply failure, temperature measurement line damage etc.,
- the possibility of declaring the sensor of outside temperature (i.a. in order to correct an alarm threshold or when temperature is too high).
